Why do I have to go for sessions?
You don't. This is 100% your choice. You can choose to participate in a session in order to heal your mind and body and to learn how to gain the life that you want. The most productive and successful sessions are the ones where clients take full responsibility for their thoughts and emotions and are willing to change/release them. It is important to acknowledge and accept what you feel and think in order to create any changes you may want. Without this understanding and a sense of openess a session is not recommended.
How long does a session last?
Sessions are 60 minutes in length.
How many sessions will I need?
This is determined on a session by session basis. Together with Anu you make this decision together based on what is best for you.
Can this help with feelings of anxiety?
Yes. Feelings of anxiety tend to occur when feeling disconnected in some way, when the body has experienced and remembers trauma, and/or when feeling separate or alone. You will receive the reminder that the ground is always available to you, everyone has guides/angels available to them, and all are divinely protected and guided when connected. All you need to do is continue to connect, surrender, allow and ask!
What sorts of conditions does Anu treat?
Based on the premise and truth that all conditions in the body are created from the mind and subconscious, any and all conditions are treatable.
Are your services suitable for children?
Absolutely. There is no age limit or cap for healing. In fact, the earlier the better as there is less conditioning ingrained. Parents, please understand that children pick up on your thoughts and energy collectively so it would beneficial to speak with you as well in order to create a lasting healing effect.
What should I expect after a session?
Anything can happen. The best results occur when you are able to let go of any expectations or attachment to the outcome.
If you have a clear intention of what you want in life, please feel free to state that at the start of your session. Simply having an intention can direct the energy of the session. That can bring awareness to anything that is in the way of having it, whether they are subconscious thoughts, emotions, or patterns.
What about ongoing support and care?
Anu feels that it takes a team approach to healing. She supports and recommends services which promote whole body health and wellness such as acupuncture, nutrition, homeopathy, therapeutic massage, and therapeutic forms of movement (Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Feldenkrais, etc).
